A great place to bring my family! All of the staff went above and beyond. Not just a business but a great family looking out for other families! Only 20 min from garden of the gods and Manitou even closer. We will stay again if we are in Colorado!

We stayed at Rocky Top June 23 for 2 nites & loved it. They were fully booked for our size rv but Jeff said we could try site 24. It's for a smaller size rv but we were welcome to stay in it. (We have a 37 ft Class A motorhome and we don't tow a car.) We did "alot" of maneuvering, almost gave up, but made it work. I simply could not part with the amazing mountain views (front and back of our rv) and the quiet peaceful setting. About 10 minutes after we arrived, Jeff came back to our site and said site 22 had cancelled for the next day but only avail 1 nite. So, the next day we pulled out of site 24. Made a grocery run to Walmart less than 10 minutes away. Then returned to site 22. Jeff is absolutely a pleasure to work with!! He is 100% customer oriented and a wealth of information about the area. Great location to nearby attractions. They do have an area for dry camping (at the entrance) and you can run your generator 24/7. P.S. I did not use the restroom/shower area or laundry room, but I did check them out. Don't let the outside of the building judge what's on the inside. Restroom/shower area (security code entry) was nice, clean and well lit. Laundry room has a separate entry (no code, door was open); 2 washers and 2 dryers. It was kinda messy.

The website definitely made it look better then it was.. the campsites are extremely small... thankfully we were the only tent campers so it felt way bigger then it was. I could not imagine camping during a full weekend. There's a house directly behind the sites and they blasted religious music all night and then as soon as they shut the music off they turned their flood lights on for the entire night, I had to sleep with my beanie on to block the light.. my family and I made the best of it and we had fun but definitely not going to be going back there.

Nice grounds, nice clean facilities, super nice people. Absolutely will stay here again when traveling this way. We had a rooftop tent and ground tent in winter, they where kind enough to put us in an empty RV spot to keep us out of the wind. Very helpful, even though we only stayed the 1 night. Rv site had power, water, table, grill and fire ring. Perfect.
