Yes, Jackson Hewitt offers multiple ways to file taxes for every comfort level. In addition to in-person appointments at Jackson Hewitt offices, you also have the option for limited contact drop-off (where you drop off your documents at an office and go), file with no contact via Tax Pro From Home, or file on your own via Jackson Hewitt Online.

Tax Pros and other office staff are required to wear face coverings, our offices adhere to social distancing protocols, and offices are cleaned and disinfected daily. If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
