Worst apartment I've ever rented. They almost NEVER answer the phones, maintenance is a joke. I have never been able to use my dishwasher after 3 years of living here. First year I called, maintenance said I needed a new washer. They put me on the "new washer" list and when it finally came time they said " well it seems to drain ok" and refused the new washer. It backs up sewage every time you start it, the filter is broken and disgusting. But they refuse to do anything about it, if you want anything done it's like pulling teeth, you have to basically harass them to hopefully get something done. Don't bother asking for pest control cause they never show up. Every year this apartment is sold to a new owner, that should give y'all an idea of the the bad conditions of this place, it's in bad shape and once the new owner realizes it, they turn around and sell it again

Well now they have someone fixing the hole in the ceiling and they cut a piece of the drywall out and squeezed the water out of the pipe without fixing it and cut a piece of drywall and put it back up! A complete and total waste of time! UNBELIEVABLE

Even though the staff is nice till recent replacement..they are rarely in the office and they never answer the phone during the posted office hours.. maintenance is rare..took 2 yrs to get 1 thing done and after water poured through ceiling..twice...over past 2 yrs.. ceiling still has not been repaired..black mold in bathroom.. unrepaired..now threat of towing car..even when proof of renewal tags presented in person..

If i could put 0 stars i would. The absolute worst apartment complex i’ve been at. The staff is horrible. They are rude and never get anything done. The maintenance is a joke. I have been waiting since July 2021 for my air to be fixed. The entire place is pathetic and I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE. I cant wait for my lease to be up.
