Kudos to the maintenance team. I had a major issues with my Grinder pump and raw sewage . The team including guys called in from home worked a solid 6 hours that night to get everything fixed. I was told several times to contact them when the dirt settled they would make sure the area would be fixed to best of their ability .After I called they did everything they said they would in a timely manner. Great job ,great customer service and thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to my family in a time of need.

I’m not sure who is in charge of the bills but they are crooks. They are charging what they want adding more to my water bill and I didn’t realize it until I moved and had my service disconnected. Because my last bill was sm smaller than my deposit they added 2 Balance forward charges this should be illegal and Whoever is responsible should be held accountable there’s no telling how much money they’ve done took from people everybody needs to start writing down keeping track of how much you used

A call was placed yesterday about the leak on our road. (Saturday, July 3rd) Feller came out and looked but didn't fix it. Today, July 4th we have a river...same feller comes back out. Said he didn't fix it yesterday because it wasn't that bad of a leak... now in the midst of holiday cooking, neighbors renting water slides for the kids...NO WATER. Guess he prefers holiday pay. That boy should never be able to be "on call" again.

Ms. Bailey, WADC does have an adjustment policy. Please call the office at 615-441-4188, and we will be glad to discuss it with you to see if you qualify. Thank you.
I'm fairly certain the faucet you're referring to is the property of the City of Dickson and not the responsibility of the Water Authority of Dickson County, however, we are notifying the appropriate personnel to investigate. Thank you.
Hello. Google is a third-party service and although they provide individuals the ability to post a question to a business, WADC does not monitor their service after hours or on weekends. WADC recommends customers check the official WADC website (www.wadc.us) for updates. A notice of the leak and actions being taken was posted on the WADC website around 11:00 AM yesterday.
Mr. Jeffery, The Greater Dickson Gas Authority and the Dickson Electric System provide services in Charlotte and they can provide details about their exact service areas. The Water Authority of Dickson County provides water for most of the Charlotte area, but not all. If you would provide an address, or addresses, for locations in question, that could be determined. Thank you.
It is a tracer wire. They can tap into it and shows where the gas line runs underground.
