Mrs.Lilly has been so FANTASTIC! She’s been super responsive and helpful. I had been looking for a place for 9 months and had NO luck. I am so thankful for her and everything she has done for me. She’s super quick with communicating, and has been the sweetest. I’ve talked to a lot of renters and landlords that have been rude and so disrespectful. Mrs.Lilly is the complete opposite of that! She got everything I needed to rent my house not only quick, but was super helpful about what I needed to sign along with all the details. Not only on a professional level, but I feel like I connect with her in so many ways. I highly recommend her and Phil Thompson properties to anyone!

I rented from him for the past two years and we came from out of state to move here. They made the transition extremely easy and also were extremely accomadating... Anytime I had a problem they took care of it immediately... I have nothing but positive things to say about them if we didnt buy a house we would still be renting from them ...if you have to rent I would suggest phil properties !

I would highly recommend everyone in need of a rental to check out Phil Thompson properties . Lilly the property manager goes above and beyond to help out and mr Phil is amazing .. since we have lived here when there is a mantience issue the take care of the problem in a timely manner.. all the mantience man have been very professional and super sweet. We absolutely love the house we are renting now.
