My reservation got cancelled at another dealer so U-Haul booked me at this location . Their " 48 hour rule". On my way to get the truck( I had just flown in from out=of-state) the owner calls and tells me he didnt see the reservation and gave the truck to someone else. never again

Doesnt open till 10:30 which is pretty late to be starting the day, isnt opened on mondays, and service is poor. Like really fo yall even wanna work? Feel like this company should be owned by someone a little more willing to work or at the very least be accessable to the public earlier than mid day.

Repeat customer. Owner is very personable, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Excellent location. Close to I-40, SR70 and multiple feeder roads. Easy ingress and egress.
