Celebrated my grandson's 11th birthday here. The area is spacious and clean. Humongous arcade with lots and lots of video games for children and adults alike. The food servings were huge and tasty. The shrimp scampi flatbread and Truffle fries were delicious. I had the Chimichurri with shrimps and the shrimps were so tender! A fun place to be.

Good place to go watch the game but the food is ok. The nachos I had the chips went stale quickly. The burrata dish was good but cheese wasn’t enough for all the bread. Good screen size to watch the games but over priced I’m my opinion.

Dave& Buster's is a fun place to go. The staff and management are on two different levels. Staff is telling you one thing management is telling you different thing. Example we went and spent $200 on game credits. We then went and sat down and had dinner. I explained to our waitress that we wanted to go play but we wanted to come back and sit down and finish our dinner in a little bit and get some dessert for my child's birthday. My waitress told me to leave my credit card and I'd be fine. We went and played for like 10 minutes, came back and our table was cleared off. Ask for the manager. He said that they busted the table because they're not holding tables for people. I explain to him that I was told by my waitress that I could leave as long as I left my credit card and come back. I explained to him that all of our food was sitting on the table in to-go boxes. We put napkins over our drinks. Which is a universal sign for the person's not done in most dining, restaurants or places I've been that serves food or drinks. I even explained to him that I left my credit card with the waitress. Let her know that we would be back. After The manager was very rude to me and kept cutting me off. I asked for my bill and he told me he would remake all my food. I told him that I was done with this establishment and I did not want my food remade. I just want my bill. I let him know that I'd be making a review about this visit and about his Dave and Buster's location. And I'd be calling corporate office about this. After threatening about corporate office he decided he would reimburse me my meal that I was out. I explained to him that I wasn't looking forward and reimbursement. I was looking to enjoy my evening with my family for my daughter's birthday and was looking to continue to play and eat and drink for a little bit longer. He again told me that I could not hold a table and that if I wanted to go play I could go play and come back and ask for a table if they weren't on a Wait. But he would not guarantee me a table. I didn't ask for my check again and when my waitress brought me the check she reassured that the manager had took care of the bill and I did not need to pay for it. I feel this manager was only trying to be nice after the fact because I said I was going to call corporate office.

The place was clean and the kids had an amazing time ! We hosted a sweet 16 in the " play" room, for privacy. We enjoyed every minute! The food was good too(favs:hot wings, queso, alfredo pasta and chicken garden salad)!
