As an avid lover of the bins, don’t waste your time. As of August 2022, they only have been sales outdoors, and it’s very limited. This place charges $1.50 per item, and they only sell clothes in the bins. If you want to buy books or electronics or anything else you have to buy it by the box and I’m not sure how much it is but it’s too much. I also had to wait in the very dirty and shady office for 15 minutes to pay for my items because for some reason they couldn’t open the cash register for my three items that I was purchasing.

Ok, giving two stars because the staff was nice and friendly, but! I did not find a single thing worth even a buck, and, oh horrors, I found Adidas shorts all stained with period blood inside. Disgusting. Left immediately after that

Won an auction 12 days ago, item never sent, never responded to multiple tickets, calls go to voicemail, a sad way to run a business that purportedly helps people.

I had won an auction at their website only to find out they had sent a counterfeit. We had agreed on a return for a refund. However the item has been returned but they have ignored my emails and calls and have not given a refund. Goodwill does a good service but this particular one is run by crooks and taint Goodwill's reputation. I had planned to donate some of the refund to this Goodwill but noping out this one. Should I ever get a return it's going to another one that I've visited. Avoid this one like the plague and contribute to another Goodwill or Salvation Army. Anywhere but here.
