This review is strictly about the “community director” She is very unprofessional, rude and looks like she hates her job. When I came to the office she yelled at me stating “ STAY SIX FEET AWAY” making me feel like a buffoon when she can’t even speak English correctly, my emergency maintenance request hasn’t been answered yet after a week and a half. Are you serious does she know how to do her job?! I really hope Adriana learns how to treat people next time!

Great place to live. I have to say the community director, Adriana Soto has been doing a great job since she started working here. She is such an easy person to talk to and always makes you feel like you can tell her anything regarding the apartments. 10/10 would recommend living in the Coral Gardens apartments.

Living at Coral Gardens is overall ok. Yeah the rent is cheap but they get you with the expensive utilities. Staff is nice, but I always wanted a second parking spot and was never able to get one because “there were no empty spots available” When in reality the maintenance guy who lives across the street keeps all the spare parking spots for himself and his family.

I moved in on March 17, 2018 and have had a wonderful experience so far. Rosa and Jenny have made it such a painless fast process. On move in day there was a small problem, somebody was parked in my assigned parking spot, and Armando and Rosa took care of it so fast! Even later on that same day they called me to make sure I had no more issues, and everything was taken care of. The apartment complex itself is super clean and quiet. Two thumbs up.
