The guy who helped out was completely rude to me I didn’t know what I was doing and I have a disability so I don’t quite understand things that fast I have never mailed a package by myself and so to say the customer service was rude and I have never dealt with that before

Humphreys County is not processing them at this time. Montgomery County Clerk’s office is.

It’s probably not on their route. I’d call up to USPS and have them put your address on one of their routes.
