Tony was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in with my family his service made us feel so welcomed. I’m not the type to ever write reviews but felt the desire to after such a wonderful experience. On top of all that the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

This our third stopover here on our trip to MI Great location staff friendly. Room very clean. Outstanding restaurant "Kems" I had Italian chicken vegetables pasta dinner. I would rate it as tasty and authentic as the dish I ate in Tuscany, Italy. We ate several dinners and other meals there which were very tasty. Some dinning room revocation, but that did not stop the culinary staff in preparing their meals.

Faulty fire alarm woke us up at 12:30 AM and again at 5:30 AM. Had to evacuate hotel with our two small children. Later found out from staff that this has been an ongoing problem that hasn't been fixed. Manager refused to issue a refund or any sort of compensation and was very rude about it. On top of this the room was small, bathroom was not clean, and the door between the bedroom and living room of our suite could not be closed. Very disappointed, especially since this was one of the more expensive hotels in the area. I would recommend to check if the fire alarms in the kitchen have been fixed before you stay here.

From the moment we entered the motel till we checked out we were treated Royally. Our Hotel Manager couldn't have been more accommodating. The Receptionist was polite & handled us tired travelers with the utmost respect & made sure we were comfortable. The Restaurant staff took care of all our food concerns & was a delight. The staff were truly trained to make the guests feel at ease & relaxed. Our room had a beautiful decor & cleanliness was impeccable! We will definitely recommend this Hotel to our friends. Thanks Again Newaid & Staff we can't wait to visit again!! Rich & Becky
