I am about to live here for 3 years now due to the high rises in tent in Naples. I’ve had issues with the AC where it doesn’t cool enough as it used to. I’ve called multiple times and whenever they notify me that they will come in on a certain day and time, they never show up. I work overnight and so I need my sleep. If you say you’re going to fix something on that day, I expect you to show up. I’ve had issues with mold coming out of the AC vents and I was told its “normal and to clean it with bleach” instead of finding out the source ever since there was a flooding from the second floor. They never fixed our lights, there are chips in the bathroom and the patches are ridiculous on the walls they did from the tenants before me. One of the ladies that actually works with oasis is extremely rude and will run you over with her car as she lives in the complex too not giving a care to the test of the residents. If it weren’t for the high prices everywhere else, I would’ve moved and not renew my lease. Everything is so old and rusty and they do a terrible job covering up their messes for it. The company seriously owes all tenants a lot of makeovers in their apartments. They promise one thing but never do it.

I have lived here for a long time and I think it is a nice and safe place and I have never had any problems. On the contrary, the problem is the uncomfortable neighbors who do not want to pay a lot of rent and are delicate... you have to learn to live in the places that you arrive because when you are delicate and want comfort, it is better to rent a house and not apartments...

The worst place I ever lived. They’ve been chainsawing and wood chipping for 4 hours now. We received zero notice of this happening. Incredibly loud. I work nights and this is impossible to sleep. Similar occurrence with the roofing only that lasted about 2 months. The women at the front office are rude and aggressive and should find jobs that don’t involve interacting with any living creature. There is a termite infestation that wasn’t addressed until about 2 weeks after I informed them. Still have signs of termites after service. They closed the pools indefinitely for no reason except to not be bothered with the Maintence. My sons bike was stolen. This place doesn’t care about the tenants at all. Can not wait to move out of here.
