A great place to call home! Angie and Bridgette in the office go above and beyond to help the residents with all their needs! The property is well maintained. There are two beautiful pools to relax at or to bring the kiddos for a fun day in the sun! DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AND STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND SAY YOU NEVER PAID IT! They made me pay double security deposit to move in and then somehow don’t have record of me paying double! DON’T even consider this place!! They are thieves and they don’t fix anything. Your packages will get stolen constantly and they charge for valet trash THAT NEVER COMES BY TO GET YOUR GARBAGE! The laundry facilities are full of machines that don’t work including the change machine. Even had clothes stolen and nothing gets done! By far THE worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT MOVE HERE! HUGE mistake!

It is nothing to write home about but I will say no matter how clean you leave your place when you do move out, don't expectant of your deposit back. I left my place after living there for 1 year cleaner than the day I moved in by far and they changed me $400.00 for having to repaint. By law they are supposed to repaint and the tenant should not have to eat the cost of that. $180.00 for blinds. Not one single thing was wrong with my blinds. And $100.00 for something called extra cleaning? That was totally laughable. A judge gets to deal with these clowns. They will have to explain themselves to him in court that's coming up here real soon. If you do move to this complex? TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING! INSIDE YOUR CUPBOARDS, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF YOUR REFRIGERATOR, TAKE PICTURES OF EACH WALL AND DO THE VERY SAME WHEN YOU MOVE OUT SO YOU HAVE PROOF TO SHOW THE JUDGE IN COURT. Last thing... They have two mexican maintenance men that work there. One can't keep his hands to himself.
