I'm not a resident, but I felt compelled to add a review after spending about 45 minutes with Chelsea.....simply put, she was very kind to me when she didn't have to be. I was extremely ill-prepared for an appointment... Which, I'm certain wasted nearly an hour of her time. But, she was understanding and accommodating. Surprisingly, she didn't roll her eyes, groan or run away screaming. I've gotta hand it to her..... One can only imagine the frequency of rude, inappropriate, pout-stomping tenant which she encounters..... Just figured I'd take a second to mention how kind she was to a complete stranger. One that she may never see again. (Unless, of course, we end up in the same padded cell, together) Great job, Chelsea!

company that Finance this community is a big corporate company and Brittany Bay is one by two separate company from the big company
There are many roaches and ants. And the day you move in they steal the money from the deposit to clean the carpets, that's illegal. It is difficult to communicate with the hed quartes of the company to complain and appeal nonca respond. There, marijuana is smoked in the parking lots and the floors are made of wood and they make a lot of noise after 10 pm
