Although the workmen are polite when they finally come they maybe months late and may do poor work. Some that they did was acceptable. They did not even assess damage from overhead water leaks for weeks. Oh and if you list the problems online they may mark the work as complete without even assessing the problem. It's a stupid service at this community. They try this as a aes pitch to get you to lay out ridiculous money for a place where the only thing luxurious is the name change from Summerwind Apts to Arium and the price.
