It's not a choice. Whether you throw it out yourself, which you must do on fridays and Saturdays anyways, or whether they do it if and when they choose to because it's hit or miss, you still must pay. It's a stupid service at this community. They try this as a aes pitch to get you to lay out ridiculous money for a place where the only thing luxurious is the name change from Summerwind Apts to Arium and the price.
It is not a choice. It's already included in your "rent, water, trash" bill. Read your monthly Cost service statement. You can dump your trash yourself, but you are paying for it anyway.
Actually its by choice you can dump it or let them do it for you but then you may have to pay them to do so
