What a joke! They can barely follow up. Tried to rent a place but getting ahold of someone was like trying to get ahold of the President of the United States. Don’t even waste your time or energy on this place

If I could give Gulfshore 0 stars, I would. Do NOT live here. Upon move-in, my AC unit had mold, the window had a large crack, old appliances that didn’t work and outlets ripped out of the wall. Management will not answer your calls or emails and are unprofessional and rude. Save yourself the time and $.

Yes, my relatives got water damage on the Pine Run Rd side. The lakes came up really far...could've been worse though!!

Yes, all residents of Gulfshore Apartment Homes are required to maintain and provide evidence of at least $100,000 in legal liability insurance coverage for the duration of their lease term at Gulfshore Apartment Homes. Residents may choose to obtain this insurance through their preferred insurance agent or insurance carrier at their own expense or enroll in our community program that meets the liability insurance requirement and is paid with rent each month. The Gulfshore Apartment Homes team can answer questions about insurance offerings available through the community.
