Would have rated it higher due to the food being hot but, nope. Had to ask for missing fries but workers actively avoided eye contact to not have to help me. Then, eye rolling when I asked for a catsup packet. There were people doing cleaning but not actually cleaning (mopping but pushing fries around on the floor with the mop). Most of the food was hot per the rest of the family, but seriously run by people who obviously did not want to be there. Even the shift manager was avoiding trying to help.

The morning Workers were half a sleep. Our order weren't all in our to go bags. That we ordered.. Small coffee and Hot cakes with sausage. My hotcakes was missing fork and knife Plus no syrup... my coffee was missing sugar, creamer and a stirring straw for the coffee. And I could find the extras that are stock at the soda machine. Their was none.. Yeah.... It may be a rash hour that's always an excuse too workers. BUT... Customer service comes first... Always get enough sleep. You don't know what your facing everyday life.. Stay ready take care of yourself Day and Night... Because it's not promise too you... Speak LIFE NOT foul language. Be Courageous.... Somebody cares and love you. If you don't know... Keep up the GREAT work... I know... I've been in your shoes before.. Always think your doing for yourself and if you have a family too support. All will be met. And may everything in your lives be increased and over flow.
Panic Manic
Ordered online at 10:45 p.m. went to go pick up my order, it was 10:55 p.m. . This location is not supposed to close and stop service until 11:00 p.m. I was at the drive-thru saying hello, hello, hello, no answer. They turned the lights out on me before 11:00 p.m. . I drove up to the window, because my card was already charged, and they avoided the window. When I slowly drove around, because I gave up as their customer, and I will not return, I saw them come out from the back, saw them come out from hiding to the front. When I called, a little boy answered the phone, I asked when Rebecca was going to be available, he said that she left 6 hours ago. I asked when she will be back, he hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Insubordinate workers avoiding their work. And they are getting paid. I'm not voting for minimum wage to go up. What for, this service. Ridiculous.

This is an older looking McDonald’s I don’t think they have remolded like the ones in the greater Phoenix area have done. The cashier was great with our order but when we had some issues with our food when it was ready the workers including the manger just walked on by trying not to make eye contact. I asked 3 people before I got my drink cup that they forgot to give us. The bathroom was dirty. The food was consistent with all McDonald’s. Maybe they were having a bad day. Go see them and let me know what you think.

They use Canadian bacon! I think they meant regular strip pork bacon like they put on burgers
