One of the most if not the most efficient patient registration systems of any physician office. Prior to my appointment I received reminders via text messages. Then I received a text to confirm my appointment and finally the day before I received a link to register on line. The entire system was very user friendly! When I got to my appointment all I had to do was give my name and take care of my co-pay. I sat down and within 5 minutes I was called in to see the doctor!!! Dr. Martinez is amazing! Always ready to listen and take care of his patients! He is professional, caring, and an expert in his field. The entire team gets a 5 STAR + rating! In this practice, patients become family!!! Thank you for the outstanding care!!

Dr. Daniel Martinez is an amazing doctor AND person. His staff is very caring as well. I am under his care and feel confident and well cared for. I highly recommend this practice and the doctor!

Went to see Dr. Sandman. He is excellent.Friendly. Took his time and explained everything throughly. The problem here is with his staff. Worst staff ever! I am an international patient who saw Dr. Sandman on a Thursday. He prescribed some medicines that had to be sent to the pharmacy. I waited for 2 days and went to the pharmacy on Sunday. They had not received the order. So I called Urology Specialty Care on Monday morning. They said they "would send it again". Went back to the pharmacy on Tuesday morning. Nothing! No order!! So I called back to the doctors office and the girl in charge of sending off the prescriptions explained me they were having problems with the system and that she would send it again. I am upset by now because I was leaving the next day, on Wednesday and needed my medicines. I did not trust them to effectively resend them again, so I asked to speak to the manager. In addition to this, when I scheduled my visit they charged me $400.00 deposit and before I saw the doctor they charged me another $200.00. When I finished my visit I asked for my detailed receipts so I could present them to my insurance company. Laura told me she could not give them to me right away and that she would send them to me by e mail (the e mail I have on file). Guess what? I did not receive the e mail. So when I ask the person in billing department, she says she did send it but she can re send right away. She then transfers my call to the manager, who instead of aplogizing for their mistakes and delays and helping me solve the problems, starts to MAKE UP EXCUSES: 1. She tells me they had sent the orders to the pharmacy many times and that they should have them. And to ask the pharmacy ENERGICALLY for them. But she covers up the fact that the reason the pharmacy had not received them was because they were having problems with the system (she was not aware I knew about that). 2. Regarding my receipt, she tells me IT IS ILLEGAL TO SEND ME MY RECEIPT BY EMAIL!!!! And that I needed to sign in to the portal and they would upload it there. So my question is: If it is "ILLEGAL" ( I think it is not) why did Laura offer to send it that way???? Is their staff not informed and properly trained? And why did they not provide it during my visit anyway? THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND HAS NO IDEA ON TO HOW TO TREAT A PATIENT!!! And if she is the one running the place, that explains everything that ia going on there!!
