I want to thank the excellent attention of Maykel, the medical assistant who attended me with great professionalism, gave me an electro asking if I agreed with the procedure, I am a nurse from Cuba and I know how to recognize when a nurse is doing his job well, then I passed with Dr. Marrero and she was very professional in the revision.

Upon entry of the facility, I was greeted with the utmost respect and shown great hospitality. They did an excellent job in providing a safe, non-intimidating experience, while being fast and effective. The doctor's were attentive and professional. Highly recommend.

It is incredible that calling the Medical Record office is an ordeal. Not only is it that they do not attend, it is that they are inappropriate, incompetent, there is never a solution, the Florida State Department of Health should remove the license from this center.
It seems to me that there is an excellent team of people dedicated to the profession ... if I highly recommend it
You should go in person because by phone it is a disaster.
The only way is to go there before 300pm, go to the referral office and do not leave there until they give you the referral, but you will never see it, I had to wait 3 months to get a referral the last time I went I sat there and until a supervisor supervised me I did not leave, the telephone service and the customer service is horrible. Luck

That's the way it is, it's the only bad thing about the clinic I go to, but apparently it's in all the clinics that there is this problem of calls.
