I don't know where to start, for one that they are very understanding, when I called to advise them that I was running late due traffic and weather, mind you my apt time was at 2:30pm and I arrived at 2:57pm also, I am a New Patient and they still accepted me. The staff is very pleasant and patient and caring. Once it was my turn in the room the attending nurse was wonderful and sweet. As for the doctor is awesome and professional on explaining your options as for treatments and very pleasant talking too, Dr. Almeida, does takes his time with you. I needed an ultrasound done , the ultrasonographer who attended me was so sweet and gentle also professional. When it was time to leave , I was explained in details my payment plan along with all details on the procedure. No pressure which that is a huge plus in my book. Also a huge plus office is clean and feels a little bit like home then an doctor offices which sometimes makes my nerves. Far the best vein doctor in miami, will recommend to my friends. Best experience!

Abusive price and awful service. They overcharge your card without permission. I have reported them for fraud to my bank. Very frustrating situation

I already had the experience of meeting Dr Almeida in 2007 when he performed a surgery on me, which I was very happy with the results and that is the reason why I came back to see him againg. If you are looking for excellence, professionalism and experience, then you have to come to Dr Almeida's office. Starting with the doctor, the girls at the front desk, the ultrasound technician, the Dr's assistant, they all treat you with love and respect. They make you feel that you are in good hands.
