Dr. Batista himself is very experienced and knowledgeable- a heck of a doctor, and this makes him very sought after. The problem with his office is that he has way too many patients (because he's very popular), so the appointment system is on a first come/first serve basis. This problem makes the office close for the day way too soon because it gets way too full of patients to be seen on the same day -at 1pm usually they close. Also, to make a phone call to get an "appointment" date is a nightmare. Every single year I face the same issue, that I can barely get anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. I am giving him 4 stars because he's an awesome gynecologist (he deserves 5 stars, he's that good) but the rest that I mentioned is not. This is why he gets so many patients with no more space for any more, because he's good, it's the system that is flawed.
