Was not the room showed prior to agreement. Room was not updated before nor cleaned properly upon move in date. Was not given keys on move in date. Nothing was prepared for arrival. Dog feces all over grass. Not taken care of. Not even worth a whole star.

The location is nice and convenient. There are neighborhoods all around the complex. Staff and management are polite and competent so while the units are old it took little time to get them fixed. I've only lived here for a week and it has …Tom, this review is concerning to read. When it comes to crime, unfortunately, we have no control over when and where it occurs. That is why we ask our residents to always stay vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to the proper authorities. We want to assure you that we do everything we can to ensure residents' peace of mind. We can speak further in person again to discuss the situation and all that is done in an effort to prevent such occurrences.
