Honestly, could probably be rated a 0 but most consider me too nice of a guy to do that. In the two instances I’ve dealt with the leasing office, I know this isn’t a place I want to be at. Showed up on day 1, and asked me to come back because it was raining and they don’t give tours in the rain. Showed up on day 2 after leaving work early, for a time we had scheduled, and she again refused to give a tour because she did not want to get her hair in the humidity nor get her shoes wet from it raining earlier in the day. Also, just sitting with one of the leasing agents, essentially the face of the apartment complex, it’s pitiful the energy and effort she exudes into her work. I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this place. And this is coming from someone desperate to move into a new apartment.

The Addison has a great staff who are incredibly helpful. The the apartments are great and have every amenity you want. Great atmosphere, incredibly clean, nice neighbors and quiet! And a great gym, I'm not sure there is a better one …Yes Scott! We love the gym. Thanks for the kind words.
