Great service today from Ike at Fink's Jewelers in Southpoint. A real gentleman. He introduced me to his Rolex expert who determined exactly the band link replacement I needed for my vintage Oyster Perpetual. Ike ordered it and texted me my receipt immediately. We also discussed cleaning and servicing, all of which they provide as a certified Rolex dealer. When I'm ready to purchase again, I will ask for Ike.
