I wanted to post an update. I went back a few weeks ago as my rings need to be replated. They were very kind and let me know that due to the high cost of rhodium, they aren't currently replating. They also let me know they had heard of other jewelers who where chrome plating and trying to pass it off as equal quality. These guys are very kind and professional and I was pleased that they didn't try to talk me into anything and that they'd rather lose business than talk people into low quality options. They are the only company I'll trust with my rings. Fantastic service with a beautiful result. I took my ring in to be repaired as another jeweler took a short cut and ended bending a prong. They quickly looked at it quoted me $36 for the repair and gave me a time to come back. The repair took longer than expected, however once the jeweler really got a good look at the damage he realized he needed to do more to fix it. Instead of charging me the actual cost of the repair he honored his quote. The ring was cleaned and looks brand new. He also cleaned my wedding band for free. Fantastic work, and everyone was very kind and professional. I'll certainly go back.

I paid $40 to get a simple necklace chain repaired, they fixed it, I put it on to wear and it broke within 20 minutes of walking around the mall. I took it back and they fixed it free of charge. I wore the "fixed" necklace to work the following day and it broke within hours. Maybe my necklace is just too dainty to repair but I wish I had been warned of that before paying for the repair service. I will be taking my necklace to a different repair shop next.
