The staff here is super friendly and very accommodating. The monthly tenants are quite nice except for a rather invasive, aggressive gossip monger with nothing better to do than ruin reputations. Otherwise quite friendly folks and for the most part a fun, family environment with not much "rowdy" to have to deal with. Quiet times are just that and it can be a very peaceful and calming home away from home or full time as it is for me and my service dog, Vixen. She loves it here and the ladies here love her. ❤️ So I definitely recommend checking this place out for a few nights or a few years!

The ladies that work in the store are very kind. The store has a good selection. Our neighbors we had were friendly and were good about giving us privacy. The showers were wonderful...alot of hot water. I never used the one behind the store...I used the one in the middle of park. The water was up and perfect temperature to swim.

The people are supposed to clean up after their pets but most don't. I've never seen a dog without a leash no matter the size..some folks are just lazy and inconsiderate of others.
Hi Mr. Baker. While we don't have fire pits in the park, some campers have a fire ring and we do sell firewood. Thank you for your interest.
I agree with the tournaments going next door instead. It is in the best interest of people living here. I think the owner is doing a good job at improving things. The showers are always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere for residents was priority to business from tournaments.
