A typical McD run to get fries and coffee for my mom. They didn't have a fresh pot, so I waited. It wasn't long and I was out the drive-thru line and back home. Unfortunately the fries were cold when I got home. They gave them to me early instead of waiting to give them when the coffee was ready.

If I could give this place 0 stars negative reviews I so freaking would. Picked up a quick I FOUND A FRWAKING BUG 🐛 IN MY SWEET TEA AFTER I HAD ALREADY DRANK HALF OF IT SO F#&%!@# Disgusted I will never go back to this or any McDonald's ever again

Never stepping foot in this place again. They got my order wrong (of course) and gave me something I did not like. I called since it was now after breakfast hours to see if I could get the sandwich I ordered. After a while of talking she said all I had to do was come and say my name and the sandwich would be ready. When I get there, she's asking where's the other sandwich at. When we spoke she never said I needed it though I said I could bring it, and she even admitted she never said when she told me what to do to bring the sandwich. She's going back and forth with me now and I don't understand it. Terrible establishment, terrible employees.

Ordered on the evening of 4/10/22. Sidel (name on receipt) was super fast at taking orders and cashiering. He was upbeat and friendly. He is an asset to your team. The little lady working the window with long brown hair that night was also upbeat and quickly working in efficiency mode. This front of the house group was on point. They get 10 stars. Your cooks do NOT cook the fries long enough. The last three times I've gotten food, they are so undercooked we just throw them away. Almost raw. Please fix this! If it happens again, I'll have to start trying the Ft Smallwood location to get my McDs fix. Such a disappointment because the crew really works well together.
