The most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with. Very very rude and disrespectful I’m disappointed in the lack of maturity in the customer service representative I had to deal with. I have a video message of him not answering questions and talking over me very rudely.

Unable to use the website and I can't seem to get any assistance. The search bar is placed in such a way I can not use it. When I tried to call and spoke to the owner as nice as he was he absolutely refused to help me or send me to someone in his company who could take my order over the phone, he said it is too hard to take phone orders. I just can't do business with someone who won't work with me even a little bit. So sorry but please consider that all customers deserve some assistance.....thanks ! I was (past tense as I can not use your website and you won't take a phone order...) a customer. We are all in this Covid thing together and all help goes a long way with people struggling, please reconsider your customer service.(Amazon seems to be their bread and butter and this is why t hey are not worried if they can take a phone order or not)

Be careful Amazon sellers and other sellers. The company has the most rude, unprofessional and uncooperative people. They don't let you know that the invoice they send is pieace of S***. That's why it's not acceptable by Amazon because it's missing important info. When I asked the manager to provide me with professional invoice, he was very mean and offered no help even though it's a simple thing to do. These greedy people don't tell you that on purchase, but later on they say it's none of their business. BTW their prices are more than any regular prices that you can find at Target. I have purchased $300 worth of products. Totally regret working with them.

I have never experienced such bad customer service. They were two weeks out on a product, which we said was fine. After a month we hadn't received the order and we called and the employee was extremely rude. Was complaining how he was the only person working and told us we had never put an order in. After giving him the order number and our name he said okay well we don't have this product and we are not going to get it in. Not only that said that they had no product that was similar. Finally we were overcharged for half of the order that we did receive and have called 6 times and no one will answer! Will never use again!

It's not a store, it is an office and you need to be pre-approved for an account to buy in bulk.
It is a bulk purchase warehouse that requires an account and a relevant business to be approved for wholesale purchase. It's not a candy store.
They are a distributor of chocolate, candy and supplies. They don't make candy.
