The store manager - (Teresa Rodriguez) Or whoever that dawns the cap has horrible manners and unfit for the job. Rude behavior left and right with the customers and her colleagues. She is just unhappy that there are people other than her on earth. She was so mad that people have to ship things. May God bless her soul and give her peace.

the girl with a cap has a horrible attitude. It is a trashy experience. I asked a question about a package delivered through UPS and she keep says I don't know I don't know call the company. I don't know I don't know I don't know Then who knows???????

Horrible experience, the girl with the cap on had a terrible attitude. They couldn't fax or email anything. The girl and the guy said they emailed my documents and wanted me to go to Rite Aid to get change to pay for a document they did not send . I refused and the girl with the cap on told the guy to not to serve me again. I told her, I would not be back. The quality in this store has gone down. It's not that hard to get quality staff.
