My appointment started on time and I waded through several issues in a thoughtful unhurried way with my provider. A needed prescription adjustment and two referrals were immediately initiated. Follow up appointments were also quickly arranged. Parking and office access is simple. Finally appointment reminders were sent before the end of the day and these could be swiftly added to my own calendar.
