One of the best churches you can attend in Orange County, if not all of Southern California.

Awesome church! Very family oriented! EV Free offers many great activities for kids and families throughout the year. Sunday service can get busy but there always seems to be enough parking and seats for everyone. If you have never been be sure to check out Christmas Blvd EV Free hosts every year around Christmas. They have food and games for the kids but the best part is the ‘Walk Through Bethlehem’. There are live animals and a recreation of what life was like 2000 years ago. Be sure to get tickets ahead of time! Tickets are free and are just used to maximize the flow of people through the experience.

This church welcomes and loves everyone. YOU are Invited! EvFree Fullerton Church is Bible believing, family friendly, worship music filled and most importantly Jesus following Pastor Darin continually enlightens the congregation on how the Old and New Testaments work perfectly together to give believers the whole picture of who God is.

3 services and more than 20 adult fellowships, teen and kids programs. All happening on Sunday. There's something for everyone. Also, just hired a new Lead Pastor, who's a dynamic speaker & can present biblical Truth. Check it out for yourself.

Where can CSUF students park? Where is the shuttle stop?

Selene Sun | Aug 25, 2019
Fullerton Free (EvFree Fullerton) | Aug 25, 2019

CSUF parking is on 2-3rd levels of the EvFree parking structure located on the corner of Bastanchury & Brea. Our shuttle pick up is in front of the "family room" by The Well (our coffee shop). All students will need a permit through cal state. Hopefully that helps!

Who started the church

Kathy Toon | Aug 25, 2018
dave cruzen | Aug 24, 2020

Chuck Swindoll DID NOT start the church. He was called to be Senior pastor in 1970-71. The church was founded in 1955 by I believe, 10 families, that were meeting in LA. West Gustafson was the first senior pastor. He stayed until the late 60's. I believe he retired. The church grew with him leading and the many people that attended. GOD worked through HIS people. Chuck left Fullerton around 1995 for Dallas. He became Chancellor at his Alma Mater, Dallas Theological Seminary. Insight for Living also went to Dallas Texas. That is the"store front" for the radio ministry that's heard around the world. All sermons and published books are his sermons he has worked on over his many years in ministry. Insight for Living radio ministry operates on faithful, monthly donors giving for around the world.
