They used to get 5 stars from me if I could get one star for them anymore I would be happy I would be happy I ordered quite a few dollars worth of stuff stuff I opened the Box to make sure it was what I ordered expecting it to be very very nice polished aluminum and polished stainless steel and because it's coming from China they no longer care about their name being on the Box that I receive and it's obvious to me Next time I will call in advance in advance and make sure the product is pulled out of the Box and is nice as the advertisement on eBay says The 1st aluminum rim that I ordered had sanding scratches and nicks all over it and it just looks like h*** in general it looked like it was made on a Friday and the guy doing the job didn't finish it and as far as the stainless steel rotors go those were the worst awful looking piece of stuff I've ever seen I wouldn't put him on my motorcycle much less a custom customer's motorcycle And they should have shipped them almost 2 weeks ago but they stalled until after Labor Day and I still have not received my parts I am not happy

order a rim, the rim was supposed to be a 16 x3 inch Harley rim, it was a 16x3 1/2, been trying to get a refund so I can order the correct rim through another company since they don't seem to want to respond to any of my emails or phone calls, I will never do business with KC international motorcycle again, they do not check their ads and confirm what they are selling be aware I've been waiting for a refund for over a week and a half now, I sent the rim back for a refund or replacement nothing no response no return worst company ever do not ever buy from this company,

Ordered 2 wheels for just about $1100. Stated wheels would ship in 2-3 days. A week went past so I checked in on the order and was told both wheels had to be built. Fast forward a week, haven't heard anything. I was told the 21" front was in stock but the 18" rear wasn't obtainable. Not sure why I was told wheels were in stock and they were actually nowhere to be found. I was sent the 21" front which was useless without the rear but I took it anyways. I was refunded $50 from the front to smooth things over a tad. The wheel was delivered with a chip in the lip which I contacted customer service about. They ended up issuing me a 50% refund of the front wheel for the nightmare that I had to deal with. I got a tire on the wheel and attempted to finish this build. It's the wrong hub size. I waited over a month for a damaged, wrong wheel, and was never sent a rear wheel. I'm a pretty patient person but this has been nothing short of frustrating. I'm not even returning the wheel cause I'm sure that process will be a month as well. Save yourself the headache and try to find a place that actually has what they are selling in stock and don't give you the runaround.
