I wouldn't mind paying the $2.99 fee to make an online payment IF I had a choice in the matter. I feel like the fee is out of whack considering the office hours are NOT in line with the working class. Not all of us work IN Huber to be able to pay our bill during our lunch breaks. How about making your hours more compatible for those of us who work?

We heard gurgling in our basement pipes and called a plumber out. The plumber checked the city sewer and noticed it was backed up. We called city water and Dan came out within 15 minutes. He then examined the situation and showed me the digital sewer map. Dan was professional, courteous and completely helpful. He got to work on getting the equipment out and getting the sewer unplugged. Thanks to Dan and City for getting the situation resolved so quickly before we had any problem. Fantastic help and amazing response time and kept us informed. Dan and crew definitely averted an impending major back-up disaster. Thanks so much.
