The hotel was nice and the pool was great for the kids. The breakfast in the morning was also really good but the beds are hard and were very uncomfortable for me and both my kids. I woke up to my two year old laying on top of pillows. The deal breaker for me though was that the hotel out a hold on my bank account two times instead of one which put me out $700 instead of $350. This was a last minute trip for Father’s Day so we didn’t have a bunch of money to spare. When I asked the hotel about it I was met with rudeness from Pam who just said wait 3-5 days for it to come back into my bank account. There was no hospitality or anything. They just acted like it no big deal and that’s what bothered me the most. I get accidents happen but nobody took accountability and nobody even offered free room service or points or anything. When I was checking out the lady in front of me had the same issue as I did but they at least have her some points. Why not me ? Why not try to make it up to everybody else who was stressed while on vacation ?

I stay at hotels for fairly long times so the rotating breakfast selection was very welcome. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The shower was definitely above par too.

Great hotel!!! Very clean room updated and modern. Fun Indoor pool for the whole family lots of parking space and good break fast from 6am to 10am . Hotel is close to literally everything! Would like to thank Donald at the front desk checked in around 10pm he was super helpful and friendly accommodated us very well.
