I stayed here overnite during a quick trip to Prescott. I had never visited before and was charmed by the town and the overall vibe. The Vendome is situated very nearby the county courthouse and Whiskey Row, all touristy but fun. The hotel itself is truly vintage, built in 1917 and maintains a lot of the original features, like transoms over the doors, an ancient buzzer system, creaky wooden floors and old wood framed windows that open for an amazing summer cross breeze. There's a front porch to sit and people watch and a second floor veranda to chill with a glass of wine as well. If you need cookie cutter amenities and free breakfast you might be disappointed. The staff was very courteous and helpful while there, they do call it a day at 8pm and guests are on their own with the ghost cat. Awesome gastro pub next door also. Great experience!

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Whiskey Row. Nice and quite rooms, except for the squeaky staircase going to the lobby. I hope i didn't wake anyone up going down to work at 5am. Free coffee in the morning and craft beers for sale at the check in desk. The staff was also great and very helpful. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed.

Positive: I love the style and the historical legacy of the building. It was very charming. The bathroom was my favorite part. Negative: It was a wonderful experience and there was nothing I would change.

Cute historic hotel (locally owned) right in the town square area of the Prescott historic district. The lobby area was very cozy with welcoming decor. The rooms were spacious for a historic property, and the bathrooms were super unique some with original claw foot tubs. One more that there isn’t an elevator due to the historic nature of the property so plan accordingly. Plenty of eats and drinks in the area to walk to. Great option of you are looking for a unique hotel experience when visiting Prescott!
