Positive: I liked that it was pet friendly and they offered continental breakfast. Negative: the bathroom floor was disgusting. I had to walk around with shoes on because the carpets were dirty and the bathroom floor extremely sticky (so much so, the shower mat wouldn't even slide on the floor). Also the computer chair was disgusting.

Positive: Checking out Negative: Double charged me and lied about it. Choice hotels said they couldn't do anything to help me after staying on hold for 2 hours. bed wasn't made, drawers were all open,room wreaked of cigarettes, only one bed when I ordered two beds.

Sheer curtains that didn't block out the light from the parking lot at night nor morning sun. We're paying to SLEEP here but hotel makes it hard. Dirty towels with large black stains, room smelled like old food grease, expected to find old KFC in a drawer. On a busy street so can be tricky getting out. Beds were comfy thou. Limited bagged breakfast. Elevator to get upstairs. Ice machine available.

Positive: The location was central to all the activities I had planned and it was easy to navigate to and from the hotel. Negative: After spending 20+ hours driving my body was sore and I had specifically booked the location because I had been told by staff over the phone the hot tub was open. Otherwise no complaints.
