It was a good and affordable option to other places! It is smaller and an older place but still pretty clean and good enough to stay at! The floors were a little dirty and the sheets had a little stain but overall not bad for the price! Customer service was friendly and helpful.

March 2022 - I was impressed with the friendliness and courtesy of the staff. Although not all of the rooms are completely finished, this place is well on its was to being a 4 star hotel. Microwave. Fridge. Wifi. Brand new tasteful tile floors. I got to see a preview of what the baths will ultimately look like and they are going to be fantastic! My room feels bigger than others I've stayed in. Huge savings compared to other hotels! I recommend this Roadway hotel. Manager/owner does NOT put up with sketchy guests! What a relief!

This was the cheapest hotel including areas such as in Phoenix , Mesa , Tempe , and Scottsdale . It wasn't bad . Basic hotel . Shower , dinner and rest and no drama there . Then off to work the next day . I'd stay there again . Choice hotels app . If I work out there again I'd rent for the week rate is possible. I slept good .

The room was clean, there was plenty of towels,. The person at the desk was really great. We needed an early check in and he was so good about it. Every time we've stayed there he was very personable.
