Checking in was very easy checking out very easy. The hotel itself is very pretty. Has a nice Garden area with a grape arbor. Roses and other Floral also. Rooms were very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. We definitely plan on returning there soon. The view from our balcony was very nice looking out at the mountains. They also have beer and wine that they serve until 2:00 a.m. you are able to sit by the fireplace inside or outside. It is just a short jaunt to downtown. Love this place!

We only stayed one night but the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. A bonus was I didn't even have to get out of bed to see the sunrise. The lobby area is beautiful and the breakfast was good. We would recommend this hotel for sure.

The rooms were not very clean. They need renovation big time. There wasn't even water bottles in the room. Tissue box had 2 tissues in it. Towels didn't smell good. Chairs were covered with stains. I was expecting way better. I usually enjoy hotel stays but not this one. It was very noisy too.

This is our preferred hotel when we visit Prescott. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are decent with comfy beds and a nice balcony, although one room we stayed in could have used some repairs in the bathroom. Breakfast during the pandemic has been boxed: breakfast burritos or bagels and fruit, the burritos are good. They've been saying for awhile that they are going to return to full buffet breakfast, but it seems like they're still doing the boxes. Good coffee is available in the lobby. Beer & wine can be purchased at the front desk. When the weather is nice, the rose garden is a relaxing place to have breakfast, and the pool/hot tub are great (although only open seasonally.) Prices vary seasonally and with events, etc. and I'll sometimes book elsewhere if they're too high. I'm a loyalty member and would prefer to book directly on their site, but often get a better rate on the 3rd party sites, so shop around. Looking forward to our next visit there in a month.
