Repair was completed on time as promised and loving the feel of the new clutch. Got prices elsewhere but honestly felt Towne was the best choice regardless. Trust is a big thing and they have my trust to do it right and not cut corners to insure my complete satisfaction. Mark and his crew are to be commended again for their respectful treatment of my concerns.

Really happy with my visit this past weekend. Everyone in the service department was great to deal with. To top it off, the detailer did an amazing job clean the outside AND inside of my car before I left. I haven't had a ton of time to do that myself lately, so that really meant a lot!

The team at Towne Mini is always very inviting. I come from the Southern Tier all the way to the outskirts of Buffalo rather than the Rochester Mini because of the service I get at Towne Mini. Great Job team!!!! Thanks for the 10 yrs of service you've given me.
