This place was the most chaotic, disorganized, horribly planned out agency I had the misfortune of working with. I had injured my knee in a skiing accident and hired them to come caretake for 6-8 weeks while I recover. Was told I would have only 1 reliable person, went through the list of my needs with the case manager and was told if all else failed she would come caretake for whatever reason. As the weeks went by I had not one but THREE different women 1 of which could barely speak English, another that sprayed sterling silver polish on my floor damn near making me almost slip and fall the next time I attempted to go in the kitchen (had asked her to clean the fridge w the polish), the other left a pile of sheets and bedding on my bed after I asked her to make my bed, called off, and then no called no showed on my last day of service being left alone (no the case manager didn’t come either) and having to cancel a dr apt that day.. horrible service, inadequate communication and planning and rude office workers. -2/10. Don’t hire these people.

I worked for home watch caregivers and they were absolutely amazing kind and caring. Considerate of not only the clients but their employees also. Due to my own reasons I left, but if you want some one who will care for your loved one as much as you would id definitely recommend home watch. Thee best experience in my whole career.

When my mother needed care I called Homewatch Caregivers in Buffalo NY. The young lady who answered the phone immediately put me at ease about having someone I didn’t know take care of her. I asked about the ownership of the company and to my surprise she asked if I would like to speak to him. Mr. Gillick made me feel that I could trust him and his employees to provide the care my mother needed. It’s been over 6 months now and the ladies who come to her home have done a great job. It’s nice to know that their are still companies around that focus on excellence in customer service..... especially when it’s given to my mother. M&M
