The staff at the Hassayampa Inn are exceptional. From when I called prior to our trip until we checked out of the hotel EVERYONE was incredibly friendly, helpful ,and knowledgeable . The hotel itself is super unique ,and beautiful. The rooms are comfortable. The food in the restaurant is quite good although pricey, but good. The location of the hotel is super. Overall we had a very nice stay there . The staff really will go above & beyond to make sure their guest are not just comfortable ,but happy. We will definitely be back !!!

Grand hotel, well maintained, beautiful ample public spaces. Nice matching period furniture in our king suite. Many windows, lots of light. Bathroom a bit small but in good condition. Prescott is pricey on Saturday nights but a good value other nights. Located only a block off of historic whiskey row shops and dozens of other restaurants. Peacock restaurant downstairs is a treasure with every meal a delight. Standard fare done excellently. No chef creations though. Great service. The piano bar off the lobby was lively in the evening with a singer and pianist. Lots of happy laughter. Staying here was the highlight of our 2000 mile 10 day driving trip. Can't wait for our next visit.

Been visiting the Hassayampa Inn since 1994. Was there most recently about eight-months ago. I love the historic architecture of the hotel and the inside is super cool. The rooms are cozy and have comfortable beds and useful furniture. Something that saved me on my last visit - when I was going through bad caffeine withdrawals - was the coffee service in the lobby. Everybody working there is helpful and nice. This hotel has a nice restaurant and bar that is open for breakfast and then a bit later in the day for diner. There is a lot you can walk to in Prescott from this hotel.

This is a very old Hotel but is very well maintained. The housekeeping team does an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean. Our room was a single queen and a bit small with no mini fridge or microwave. However they did bring a microwave to our room when we asked. I will say that the staff are of the Ritz Carlton standards.

Hello Denise, there is indeed a working elevator. It is the original Otis elevator from 1927 and is one of two remaining historical elevators from that time in the southwest. Considered a gem of the ingenuity of the era. (Just to give you a little background on it) It does have to be run by the staff as they have to be trained to run it. We hope you will visit soon and check it out.
Hello and thank you for your question. There are many stories of it possibly being haunted. It does not happen for all visitors. If you do a search for Hassayampa Inn haunted you can find stories if you are interested.
Yes, they have a bar. Occasionally they have live music, and they also have happy hour during the week, and happy hour appetizers

I do haunted and historical tours in Prescott and visit the Hassayampa Inn on my tour. Yes the ghost of Faith can be present in Room 426. She visited me when I was in her room. . She has been seen in the lobby as well along with a few other ghosts.
Yes, they have a Thanksgiving Buffet. Reservations are recommended.
They have a place to Ballroom Dance. To my knowledge it is not practiced there outside of guests and their very special event.
I am just a customer, call them for employment info.
Yes, they have food sevice open each day according to their in- hotel services book. I had breakfast there twice and each time it was well prepared and plenty of it. Service was really good as well.
