Most of the staff are friendly and nice. One lady we appear to be bothering with our presence. Rooms are clean and kept clean during the stay. Smokers are usually outside any of the doors. Would be nice if normal people had a place to sit outside without smoke.

Arrived late and checked in. Went to our room on the 3rd floor and the keys didn’t work. My husband went back down and came back upstairs only to walk in to a room with the TV on and PEOPLE SLEEPING in the bed!!! Went back downstairs and “whoops” was the response. Got our new room on the 1st floor to go in to take a shower and you had to manually lift the drain to drain the tub. Would not stay up. Walk plate missing on an electrical outlet. We were only there to sleep and move on, but… definitely not up to par. Breakfast was fair.

First room we were given was obviously used, cigarette in the garbage (non-smoking room), bed unmade, and towels in a lump in the bathroom. Second room was definitely ready to be used. It was much better and very much suitable for our needs. Staff was good to. Would stay here again.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was perfectly clean (I checked down to the mattress cover and everything was fresh!). The location is also very conveniently located with easy access to Cincinnati or the nearby mall area with plenty of food options. Random, but I LOVED the pillows on our bed. I genuinely want one for myself. As a stomach sleeper, most pillows are too stiff and I end up sleeping without one. But the pillows at this Best Western were so soft and fluffy. Between the pillows and the ultra-comfy mattress, I slept like a baby.
