Very nice staff. Got in and our quick. Suggest making an appointment to speed up the visit.

The phlebotomist was having a conversation with another employee as I walked back and she pointed to a room, which I assumed was her non-verbal way of telling me that that was the room she wanted me in. I followed direction and she came in after me and raised her voice and said "What are you doing?!". I told her I thought that's the room she wanted me in and she said in a very condescending tone "Naw, I was talking to her!".. I responded with "okay then say that". She said several things under her breath and had no regard to the purpose of BOTH of us being there; which is to get lab work done. This is a professional environment and definitely did not appear that way. I do not know OR care to know her name because I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave.

No one will talk to you. If they do answer, they will just tell you to go online. This place is horrible

Depends on the testing. Always ask your doctor if you need to fast and what type of fasting.

How long do walk-ins usually have to wait?

It depends on how busy they are, services needed/provided, and of course staffing. Going early in the morning is usually best, but as always services cannot be guaranteed, (or expedited) without an appointment.
