Twice in a row they closed before the scheduled time. I work for a living and had to leave early only to have the door locked and lights turned off as I parked. They are supposed to close at 5pm but I arrived at 4:45p and 4:40p and locked up essentially in my face. Very unprofessional and it makes me concerned about how professionally they handle my medical information. If there were another option for me, I would go there, but insurance sucks.

This place was fast and easy! Checking in through the tablet was super quick and I only waited about 5 mins before being called in. Once I was called in the lady was super nice and drew blood out of me smoothly. My experience was great here! Was out quick as well.

My daughter went in for routine labs ordered by her doctor. The woman working was extremely rude and didn't explain anything to her (she is only 20 and hasn't done these things on her own much). She was told she had to pay $300 dollars to be seen and no explanation was offered. She then proceeded to tell her that she needed to leave and come back once she figured out what was going on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. Especially working in the medical field. I tried several times to call Quest and try to figure out what was going on with no success. the phone was NEVER answered and the voicemail was not even set up to take messages. I have NEVER experienced a medical facility so rude and will make sure that I let anyone I know not to use Quest for labs if necessary.
