Edit: 12:00pm 4/21/22 I was contacted by Alex. He was able to understand my situation and offer a solution. The solution wouldn’t be right away however it was something I was ok with. The fact that he reach out to try to make it right is enough for me to use there services again. Sometimes customer just want to be heard and taken care of instead of being brushed off. Alex made me feel like I was heard. Thank you. Edit: 7:09pm 4/20/22 I got your response and emailed you the proof that I emailed the concern along with item order number Pretty disappointed with this experience. I’m gonna say buyer beware. Once I found the rims I really like which was also on other sites but this was the first site I found them I placed my order for 4 rims. They arrived a week later which is why I give 2 stars. However once I opened the box I can tell something was off. It wasn’t the same rim that was pictured online. I called immediately. When I was in the process of explaining the situation I didn’t even get to the biggest part and he cut me off and said let me guess we sent you the rim without the rivets. I said yes! He said well they don’t make that rim anymore so I’ll send you a shipping label to return the rims. I was really dissatisfied and disappointed I mean I live in a complete different state. This isn’t dropping off an small Amazon package. After thinking about the hassle I sent an email to the company that contained a resolution and that was about a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. Never again. Just think twice and maybe shop on other sites before commuting to this one. Once the mistake is made on there part it’ll be your burden to carry.

If you drive Land Rover/Range Rover you know that they are very finicky cars. I drove from Orlando because when I called they said they know Rovers well and they were correct. I got 22’s on my 19 Sport Ranger and they were very flexible with timing as well as friendly service and did an excellent job of mounting. I will definitely get from them again and the drive from Orlando for people who knew Rovers well was definitely worth it. Price was very fair too, less expensive than what was here in Orlando. Overall I highly recommend if you drive a luxury vehicle.

Other then a address mix up and UPS being incompetent. Tim did an incredible job at getting my wheels for me and they look pretty damn good.
