I had a question that I was getting ready to ask one of the workers who wasn’t behind the window and her coworker stopped her to call her in the back (which she told me she’ll be back in a minute) and he told her to get handle the next customer in line. I had one question that could’ve been answered in a second. Well I’m like ok well since it’s a few ppl in line then I shouldn’t have to wait long. After he finished with his customer he left from the window and she started a whole conversation with the person in front of me about Florida. All I needed was a damn question answered which could’ve been taken care of at the ATM. Stood in line for 15min (with one person on front of me) before deciding to just go to another branch.

This is terrible. We scheduled an appointment on Saturday morning and when we were there they were just closed without any prior notice. When I called to reschedule they did not explain why they closed. We rescheduled the appointment and when we were there they were closed again! They made me waste my time twice already. At the very least they should have let us know by email or text that they were going to close. This is very disrespectful.

The branch Manager was extremely rude with me. I had all the proper documents and she refused to read it... Asked me if I had identification for my mother which was not even relevant to the reason I was there... Ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if possible.

I don't understand why the tellers are not willing to stay even a few minutes after the closing time. Seriously? This is covid and people are having financial issues and it doesn't help when the tellers absolutely do not care if someone has been standing in line for a while and they refuse to complete their transaction. Frustrating
