Still working on getting my business account open again after the branch manager would not take one minute to listen that we moved and the letter was sent to the wrong address. Not listing to the customer is a basic customer service pillar. The amount of issues caused now has effected my business in several way. And also has cause a major inconvenience Because when they close your account they mail you a check and Again the error from Wells Fargo they mailed it to the wrong address. So I now have to talk money from savings to run my company. I will not stop documenting my situation until someone from Wells Fargo assumes responsibility for this poor customer service experience form the branch manager who simply would not take the time to even listen. His negligence has caused my employees to be paid late and my health insurance payments to bounce. I’ll keep everyone posted on my Instagram and Facebook pages until I am issued an apology because I am the customer that was treated like a child.

It's just to sporadic sometimes there on point other times not enuff tellers. Too quiet. Lighting and upgrade would be beneficial. Because it's in a lower income & rowdy and beggars taunting people and no complaints then there's no uplift . The people and community got to stand up for there Quality places . And the ATM machines are dirty. It takes less then 5 min to wipe down fixtures and glass screens and buttons. People speak up tell them ..you deserve quality and clanliness and efficient tellers not 1 or 2. Thanks.

Slowest branch ever. This is my second time going to the drive thru and they take more than 15 mins to service you. The drive thru is suppose to be a fast transactions. Each time there was only one car in front of me. I hate coming to this branch.

Yes at some branches but be aware other one's are operating as drive thru as well to only. So Toyanne is right also.!!
