Bank of America steal to much I had lot of bad experiences with miss money. And trying to up the balance with I barely use there card. The people in the company be stealing money so watch your statement pls.

They wouldn’t cash a state check, claiming the state had a hold on the check. Yet they said I could open an account there by depositing the same check. I told them I don’t want to open an account. I left, called the state they said it was no hold on the check. I went to another branch and cashed the check with no issue. I called back and spoke with the manager she got a little aggressive on the phone and basically defended her teller. I will never go back there again.

Worse branch. I lost my debit card and I came to this branch close to me to get a temporary card. I paid for the parking and go inside the back at 12:02 pm. These won’t accept me because it’s 12 pm past 2 mn or the branch close at 1 pm? The accueil is worse ever.

Staff members are nice but there aren't enough people to help. The only parking around here is metered, and I've had to go back twice to feed the meter while waiting (in a very short line). There are also scraps of paper all over the floor and it looks like no one has vacuumed in days.
