Trash service. Made an appointment which was worthless because 30 minutes later I still didn’t have my request resolved. If you need The customer service desk might as well chalk it up. All off 5 them will hide in the back pretending to resolve issues while the poor lady has a line out the door. Thanks jasmine for leaving me for 20 minutes with no details while you cancelled my card and issued it to an address I clearly told you I wouldn’t be at for over a month, and without given me a new one nor telling me. Now my car insurance isn’t paid. And I cant get money out the bank because its closed and my card is deactivated! Thanks moron.

I have been banking at this branch since the 1980's long before it was a Bank of America the staff at this branch is like family! Sometimes better then family! I am handicapped and they take very good care of me are very understanding and friendly! Better then other Banks in our area!

I have banked w a few other banks over the years, but Bank Of America has resolved my issues so quickly n w ease. The only 1 thing that I kind of disagree w is my monthly maintenance fee because of not being able to maintain the higher balance. Other than that I'm very happy w this bank. Also they offer a secured credit card w a low deposit to help you rebuild ur credit n don't require a start up fee to start using the credit card. Just a $39 annual fee that comes on ur 1st billing statement.
